Saena Sabrina (Shena) has a background in communication studies. In 2006 she became a volunteer as a preparedness facilitator at COMPRESS – LIPI (now BRIN). During her time at COMPRESS LIPI, she is also responsible for several positions such as media relations, liaison officer, and exhibitions and is a member of the Disaster Preparedness Album Compilation Team with 11 Indonesian musicians. After completing her studies, Shena made many connections by joining various organizations under the Kemenpora as Media Relations, one of the organizations is Special Olympics Indonesia (an organization for persons with intellectual disabilities) and Solidaritas Perempuan. Shena also was a Corporate Secretary at PT. Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk. With her various experiences, Shena is currently active as Corporate Secretary at Box Breaker, Content Director at siagabencana.com, Yayasan Adaptasi Bencana Indonesia, Internal Affairs at U-INSPIRE Indonesia, and a member of The Indonesian Women’s Disaster Management Forum.
